Here is an email that I received from Andrea Ball…
Hi Parents, For those of you interested in having your child participate in a social skills-type group, we are going to offer a FREE meet & greet group for 2 dates in July. Myself and Laura Logue Poteet (Music therapist) will be running the group. We have had such few sign ups that June was not possible to run a camp. We are hopeful that we could offer one in late July if the response is high.
July 11th from 5p-5:45p, and July 24th from 11a-11:45a. Two churches in Hendersonville have been gracious to offer their space and we will ultimately be having 2 groups run throughout late summer and year-round. Right now it looks like the younger-aged group will be held at Bluegrass and then for the older children/teens it will be held at First Baptist. The times/dates for the groups are TBD. Cost will be around $15 a session. Right now, the group will be run by a music therapist, and/or myself (OT) or a speech therapist. Targeted goals/outcome will be developed according to your child’s needs but social skills will be a huge area, and we would like to include some sensory-motor and music as well. It all depends on organizing the group according to specific adult-to-child ratio. Siblings will be encouraged to attend at a reduced cost.
The purpose of the July 11th and July 24th groups is for you to meet myself and our music therapist Laura, participate with your child (siblings welcome!) in our group, and sign-up for future camps or therapy if interested. No obligation 
Some of you have indicated an interest in having private OT. If you are able to swing by during those 2 dates I would love to meet you and let you look over the paperwork.
I have also included some professionals in this email for the purpose of spreading the word to other families. We really appreciate any word-of-mouth possible.
